I'm Giancarlo Guagnelli, Founder & Systems Architect at HEA Consulting. To me, HEA isn't just a company - it's a movement. It's about changing the way we think about consulting, making it accessible to small businesses that want to use AI and automation to reduce workload, simplify tasks, and free up time to focus on what matters most.
Why I Started HEA
My journey into consulting wasn't planned. It started with a simple idea: to make change happen in the industries that really need it. From my family's business struggles to seeing the potential of technology, it became clear to me that businesses, especially smaller ones, need more than just advice - they need systems to help them grow and evolve.
The Big Picture
Heavily influenced by my passion for engineering and art, HEA is about blending creativity with technology. The goal is to provide tools for artists to focus on their work, help businesses use automation to simplify operations, and use sustainable practices to create impact. My mission is clear: empower people to thrive, by giving them the systems they need to focus on what they're best at.
Formation
I hold a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from ITESM (Tecnologico de Monterrey), which equipped me with the foundational knowledge in systems optimization, resource management, and methodologies to solve complex business challenges. In addition to this education, I gained hands-on experience working across different locations, where I led the implementation of automation at an industrial scale.
This allowed me to develop a structured approach to building efficient solutions, combining my technical expertise with real-world applications in a variety of industries.
AI Systems Architect
Today, as an AI Systems Architect, I'm not only utilizing my engineering expertise but also creating a complete AI ecosystem. HEA, as it stands today, is a continuously evolving entity - constantly building and improving itself. We're developing models, SOPs, and tools to drive businesses toward automation and smarter operations.
At HEA, we are designing and implementing a blueprint to help businesses become smarter from the core - by embedding AI-powered systems that can adapt, optimize, and scale. Our ecosystem includes multiple agents, each capable of tackling complex tasks, and we are actively building the foundation to replicate this system across industries, ensuring efficiency, growth, and impact.
